Tapping a phrase opens a result card. You get the specific emotion name (not just the category โ€” "Furious," not just "Angry"), a plain-language tagline, a definition, body sensations, and related phrases in the same tier.

No hedging. No clinical qualifiers. Just the word and enough context to actually use it.

From the result card, tap Log to open the Log Feeling sheet. Your phrase and emotion are already there. Tag what you're feeling in your body from two groups โ€” Activated or Settled sensations. Add more phrases with the + ADD button. Then save.

Body tagging is optional but builds a fuller picture of your patterns over time.

"Seeing red" and "kinda pressed" are both anger. But they're not the same anger, and they don't need the same response.
